Corryne MacLean is a 500-hour KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and former teacher trainer. She is also qualified to teach Yin Yoga and is an experienced Pranic Healer.
Corryne fell in love with yoga during a life changing illness back in 2009. Yoga gave her a new lease of life, a healthier mind and body, and a whole new career. More than 10 years and over 2000 hours of teaching later, she can’t imagine how she ever lived without it.
For Corryne, yoga is more than a physical practice. It’s an expression of gratitude for the body, a place of sanctuary for the mind and a way of connecting to the soul. She believes that teaching yoga is about helping people to remember who they are and allowing them to experience that. Not only through feeling lighter, stronger and more supple physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
Corryne’s classes are inclusive, welcoming and involve a healthy dose of humour. She has developed a personal style of teaching that combines knowledge and practices gained through Pranic Healing, to ensure a healthy and balanced Kundalini Yoga experience.
