Yoga has been part of my life for more than 30 years. In that time I have grown stronger, more flexible, more courageous and more compassionate both on and off the mat.
Yoga has taught me to value each moment, each breath, and to live a more mindful and meaningful life. I am an accredited FRYOG Teacher.
I have had many excellent teachers throughout the world over the past 30 years, and I humbly thank all of them for their precious wisdom. I continue to study with my own teacher – as yoga (like life) is a life long learning process. I believe that without continuing to study one doesn’t continue to grow. I am also a qualified Mindfulness Teacher.
I run courses to help people to manage stress and build resilience. My courses are based on CBT approaches. I work with individuals and corporate clients including Amazon, Michael Kors, John Lewis, and Snapchat.
