Class Timetable

In line with Government restrictions Yoga for Harmony will be closed for ‘in-person’ classes from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December, when we hope to be able to re-open. But we can all stay in touch as most classes will continue on-line via ‘Zoom’ during this time.

For details of your class and to book, you will need to contact your direct. Tutor details can be found by clicking on the class of interest, and using the tutor details link.

This class is designed to help you to build an understanding of the general principles of Yoga and welcomes all levels (new or experienced)
It introduces you to basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and closing with relaxation (meditation).
Together we will explore breathing, a series of asanas targeting a specific area which we will hold for a duration of time to allow you get deeply into the connective tissue and relax, and closing with meditation.

This class is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.

An opportunity to breathe, wind down from the weekend and leave feeling completely relaxed.
