Our Children live a busy life, just like us adults. Yoga is an excellent way to have “ME TIME” and allowing us to be ourselves, in our space.
Children now a days deal with many distractions, temptations, over stimulation, competition, pressure at school, college and at home.
Yoga and Mindfulness can help and benefit children as it teaches us self – acceptance and self – awareness. It allows to increase their focus, concentration, confidence and helps to manage stress through breathing and meditation. Also, it encourages health awareness both physically and mentally in a non competitive and safe environment.
