Yoga for Harmony has been established since June 2006, and is situated just off Arthur Road in Windsor.

It is approx 78 sq m, which allows a maximum of 18 students, although the aim is to keep the regular weekly classes to about 12 students, a more personal and friendly class environment can be offered. This aspect has been much appreciated by our regular visitors.

Currently due to Covid-19 restrictions, our in-person classes are limited to 6, but most classes offer an on-line option as well making them blended in-person/online classes.

I now have over 12 tutors joining me to offer over 20 weekly classes, a selection of monthly specialist classes and various workshops with guest tutors.

The studio, benefits from a beautiful natural wood floor, with under floor heating – lovely on chilly winter days and for a comfortable relaxation period. There is a large mirrored wall to help with posture alignment, and plenty of natural light.

Although the studio is usually fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, belts etc, at the moment due to the Covid-19 issue these have all been stored away, and I ask, please, that you bring you own to all classes.

My intention at the YFH studio is to encompass many different styles of yoga, tai-chi and pilates, although I personally specialise in modern Hatha Yoga. The tutors who join me, are all fully qualified within their particular school or discipline.

The wide range of weekly yoga classes cater for all abilities and experience, beginners are welcome, as well as long term practitioners. Regular yoga related events and workshops are also offered (see workshops and events).

Due to changes that have had to be made since the Corona Virus Pandemic, ALL classes must be booked with the individual tutors. Please check class you would like to attend on the timetable for tutor contact details.

There are no parking facilities outside the studio and for safety reasons and to respect our neighbours convenience I request no parking, waiting, dropping off or picking up outside the studio.

However, the studio is well served with cheap and nearby public parking at the Windsor Leisure Centre and at the Alma Road car parks. After 6.00pm and all day on Sunday attendees are able to use the Windsor Glass Co. car parking spaces (Numbers 13 – 22) free of charge.  Access is via Vansittart Road and Duke Street.

Please note that to minimise costs the studio is only open when classes are running.  I do not have a full time telephone answering service, but you are welcome to call me, Julie, on 07828 132 091 for general enquiries and information.

For contact details of the tutor of the class you attend or are interested in attending go to Tutor page where contact details are available,

Tutors aim to arrive about 10 minutes prior to class start times, so if you arrive early please don’t be alarmed if the door is locked.

There is often have a changed timetable on Bank Holiday weekends,  and close on Bank Holiday Mondays, over Easter weekend and usually for 2 weeks during the Christmas period.
