ON-LINE ‘Yoga, Anatomy & Myofascial Movement’ with Gary Carter

Personal practise development sessions on selected Friday afternoons 1.30pm to 4pm ‘on-line’ presented by Gary in conjunction with Julie at Yoga for Harmony

Gary Carter teaches, trains and encourages kinesthetic awareness, ease of movement, efficient body use in exercise, sport and many movement disciplines which can bring a renewed sense of health and vitality through into everyday life through revolutionised personal training techniques, Yoga, Pilates, Gyro movement, Martial Arts and Fascial Movement practices.

 These workshops are not for beginners to yoga, but for people who would like to explore their yoga practice in more depth. It is advised that you have worked with Gary before, or are familiar with the Scaravelli style.  But if this is your first time you are very welcome, and we hope you enjoy what might be some new approaches to your practice.

The workshop will be recorded,  so you can come back to the practise in your own time and use it to support your continued learning and well-being. Or if  you are unable to attend on the day, please book in and then I can send you the recording afterwards if you let me know.

If you are a teacher this workshop is suitable for self accrued CPD points – 1 point per hour of attendance. You may need to have your attendance verified, by YFH organisor.
