Wuji Gong Saturday Afternoon Workshop with David Moseley – ‘In-Person’

This month this class will be held ‘in-person’ at Yoga for Harmony.  Places are limited so book early to avoid any disappointment.  Additional places may be available ‘on-line’

Said to be over 800 years old, Wuji is a Taoist form of qigong from the mountains of southern China, reputedly created by the legendary founder of Taiji (Tai Chi).
For centuries kept as a secret form, and rarely taught even today, it is now open to anyone wishing to attain inner stillness, increase energy, and cultivate well-being.

With roots in the energy healing and spiritual cultivation arts of ancient China, this remarkable form combines elements of qigong, feng shui, and Taiji in a relaxed, grounded movement sequence, making a powerful yet calming and centring ritual for personal cultivation and inner transformation.

The movements of Wuji qigong are easy for anyone to learn. They are enjoyable to perform, require very little space and can be done in just 15-20 minutes. These workshops offer a complete introduction to the system so everyone, even beginners, can have the basics of Wuji ready to practise at home.

In these classes, you will also learn basic principles of Taiji, plus qigong meditations to awaken awareness, ground and connect to universal energy and cultivate inner stillness through the Wuji form.
