Gong led relaxation with Wayne – ‘On-Line’

Tune in and chill out with a relaxing gong lead relaxation at Yoga for Harmony or from the comfort of your home. Experience the healing power of sound and enter into a deep state of meditation.

Give yourself an undistracted time to enjoy these relaxing sounds and switch off from the busy world we currently find ourselves in.

Before the start of the Gong Bath at 5.15pm, please prepare yourself by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down, either on a yoga/exercise mat, a chair or your sofa.

Cover yourself with a blanket and place a pillow to support your head. Wear comfortable clothes, and have a bottle of water nearby.
I suggest wearing headphones for the best audio and sound quality.

Please be ready 5 minutes beforehand.


Yoga and Gongs has brought such joy and transformation to my life I feel blessed and grateful for the chance to share it with others

Move, stretch and lie back to the healing sounds of the gong to release tension and blocks in the body and quieten the mind.

Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and wellbeing these sounds and vibrations can be used to re-tune us to a healthy state. The sound of the gongs and bowls are calming, and one of many methods used for relaxation and meditation with the sounds inducing a sense of peacefulness and wherever there is a sound, there is a vibration. When we use sound coupled with intention, we can direct sound vibration to raise the body’s vibrational frequency.

Combining different techniques including gentle movement, pranayama, moving meditation, concentration and mindfulness to bring back a sense of peace to Mind and Body.

I will also use the healing sounds of the Gong and Sing bowls to help tune out of the everyday sounds and inducing a sense of peacefulness and a place of deep relaxation.
