The Beginners Yoga Course is suitable for those looking for a gentle introduction into Yoga, or those returning to Yoga after a break, or for anyone recovering from injury.

The great thing about joining a Beginners Course as opposed to a drop-in class, is that you are fully committed to practise each week. You will learn how your body moves, and will notice changes over the 2 month period.

As a teacher working with the same core group of students each week enables me to tailor the content to each individual in the group as you progress.

We will cover functional movement, breathing practise and relaxation throughout the 8 weeks.

Everybody is welcome.
