An introduction to Hatha Yoga aimed at those who have never done yoga before or who might only have tried it once or twice before. The classes will cover the basics of asana (postures), pranayama or breathing practices, some introductions to relaxation and meditation practices and perhaps also a ‘thread’ of philosophy.
